About the role
You are often the first friendly voice when a marketplace operator needs clarity, whether it is a billing export, an integration question or an urgent workflow blocking their Monday.
FiveX customers run live commerce operations. Fast, accurate responses reduce downtime and keep teams trusting the platform.
You handle inbound questions via email, chat and phone, triage issues with clear ownership and escalate product bugs or integration edge cases with reproducible detail.
You help users navigate FiveX features across analytics, advertising context, exports and account administration, always aiming for a documented resolution the customer understands.
You maintain lightweight notes so teammates can pick up threads without losing context.
What you will do
- Respond to customer inquiries with timely, accurate guidance aligned with FiveX product capabilities.
- Coordinate with internal teams when incidents require engineering or commercial follow-up.
- Improve micro-copy or internal FAQs when the same question repeats.
- Represent customer friction honestly in team discussions so product priorities stay grounded.
What you bring
- Prior customer-facing experience in SaaS, ecommerce or marketplace tooling.
- Comfort switching between tools and browsers while staying calm under mild urgency.
- Strong written Dutch and English with friendly tone.
- Available for part-time hours aligned with Amsterdam business coverage.
What gives you an edge
- Experience with marketplace seller operations or advertising terminology.
- Familiarity with ticketing workflows and SLAs.
